Privacy policy

This policy explains how KAKI BIZ SOLUTION (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data when you use the FatFatMeow mobile app and this website. It is our notice to you under Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). This notice is available in English, Bahasa Melayu and 中文; if they differ, the English version applies.

1. Data we collect

Body measurements, weight and diet information may reveal information about your physical health, which the PDPA treats as sensitive personal data. We only process it with your explicit consent, which you give when you enter it in the app, and only to provide the features you use.

2. How we use your data

We do not sell your personal data, show ads, or use advertising or third-party analytics trackers.

3. Who we share data with

We share only what each service needs to do its job for us:

Some of these providers process data outside Malaysia (for example in the United States or Singapore). We only use providers that protect personal data to a standard comparable to the PDPA.

When many people ask Chef or Coach Meow the same general question, we may save the answer and reuse it for others. Shared answers are written without your personal details.

4. Data on your device

The app keeps your sign-in tokens in your phone’s secure storage, and settings such as language and reminders on the device. If you add the home-screen widget, it shows a summary of your day (for example calories left) on your home screen, where anyone holding your phone can see it.

5. How long we keep data

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account (Me → Delete account), we immediately sign you out everywhere and remove your email, phone number, name, profile picture, sign-in methods and push tokens. Your logs stay in our database without those identifiers, so they no longer point to you. Ask us at the email below if you want them fully erased. Server logs are kept only for a limited period, for security and troubleshooting.

6. Your rights

Under the PDPA you can ask to access your personal data, correct it, withdraw your consent, or limit how we use it. You can also ask for a copy of your data. You can change most data directly in the app. For anything else, email us and we will reply within 21 days. If you withdraw consent, some features (for example targets or the AI experts) may stop working.

7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Passwords are never used; sign-in uses one-time codes or Google/Apple, and tokens are stored hashed on our servers. Access to production data is limited to the people who run the service. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires.

8. Children

FatFatMeow is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. Users under 18 should use the app with a parent’s or guardian’s consent.

9. Health disclaimer

Calorie targets, BMI, AI suggestions and other information in the app are general guidance, not medical advice. Talk to a doctor or dietitian before major changes to your diet or exercise, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new effective date, and tell you in the app if the changes are significant.
